Adrian Lawrence P. Carvajal, Ed. D. (Editor in Chief)
Dr. Adrian Lawrence Carvajal is a Professor of Management, Research and Business of the College of Business, Management and Technology of St. Paul University Quezon City. He was a Faculty Research Coordinator of the same institution from 2010-2014. In 2008- 2010, he was in Dubai as a research project head in Emirates E-Management, and as training and recruitment consultant in Smart Management Consultancy. In 2004-2008, he was a management and education professor and director for public relations and information management of Pangasinan State University. Dr. Carvajal is a graduate of AB Classical Philosophy, Bachelor of Laws, Master in Development Management, Doctor of Educational Management and Master of Business Administration. He finished the academic requirements for Doctor in Public Administration and is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy, major in Organizational Psychology. He is a project research consultant of AUSAID and USAID funded researches on employment and livelihood of persons with disabilities (PWDs). He engages in multi-disciplinary researches in multi-method approaches in social sciences, business and management. He is an active speaker/presenter in national and international conferences and has published nationally and internationally in refereed journals. He is currently working on a book project with Lambert Academic Publishing in Germany entitled “ The work values of successful Filipino entrepreneurs”.

She has been Conferred with ‘Distinguished Educator Award’ by ‘Discovery Education Media’, on 21st Jan. 2013, ‘Rajiv Gandhi Excellence Award in the field of Education’ and ‘Mahila Ratan Gold Medal for Academic Excellence’ on 3rd Oct. 2013, at New Delhi. She received Excellence Award from NIPM(National Institute of Personnel Management) on 22nd Feb. 2015. She is UGC certified trainer for SAM workshops and Phd. Guide of Nagpur University and ICFAI University. Her education qualification are, BTech, MBA, MIRPM, MA(Pub.Admn.), Mphil(IT), MCM, MA (psychology),LLB,Phd. She has industrial experience of 11 years and 7 years of teaching experience. She has presented 27 National papers & 28 International papers. She has published 10 papers in the National and International journals. Delivered many guest lectures, conducted workshops , HR training & various symposiums. Her core area is HR, Business Research and Operation Management. She has successful organized National and International conferences. Book titled “MCOMMERCE” is published by “Himalaya Publishing House” recently. She is pursuing PG Diploma from ISTD(Indian Society for Training & Development). She is nominated as Advisory Board Member and Editorial Board Member in Various International and National journals. She is nominated in various committees of the university as well as various institutes. She is life member of All India Commerce Association, NIPM(National Institute of personnel Management),NHRD, AIMS-International, Indian Statistical Association etc. Represented India in the ‘International Parade’ at Hamberg-Germany, in the International Convention during 5th -9th July 2013.
